Local Host Coordinators

All local hosts and society members are encouraged to attend the regional and global events. We will cover hotel costs for one person from each host to attend. All attendees must complete registration.

Because not all teams have five students, we will reuse spots from teams with three or four students for host coordinator travel. At the completion of all the local competitions in a specific region, we will know the number of available student spots that will determine the number of Host Coordinators that can travel. The spots will be assigned randomly to host coordinators that are not already attending the event in the capacity of a judge or the team’s sponsored guest.
